The SLP will:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to children in a clinic setting.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, functional needs, and family priorities.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills across domains.
• Monitor and document patient progress using accurate, timely, and compliant documentation practices.
• Educate and counsel families on strategies to support communication development at home and in everyday routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, educators, pediatricians) to support holistic care.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of diverse families.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current best practices, research, and continuing education requirements.
• Complete daily therapy notes and evaluation reports within required timeframes.

The pay rate ranges from $32 to $35 per hour and is determined based on whether the hire is a clinical fellow (CF), post-CF, and/or bilingual.

Medical and dental, accrued paid time off and 5 paid major holidays.

The set hours are Monday–Thursday 8am-6:30pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch, for a total of 36 paid hours per week, or the option to work Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm or 32 paid hours per week.

Our max productivity allows for 70 therapy sessions per week, assuming there are no evaluations, cancellations or no shows. We aim for 85% productivity which totals 60 therapy sessions per week. Evaluations are scheduled if the therapist has the availability on the schedule or the number of cancellations, no shows or discharges open up the schedule to allow it.
