Are you ready for an incredible opportunity for growth? Join our interdisciplinary team of talented therapists at Ready Set GO Therapy! This position is part time with the option to grow to full time with summers off! You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and develop new skills as a Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow on our team. This dynamic position includes the chance to work in a variety of settings including clinic, outdoor groups, and schools. The culture at Ready Set GO Therapy encourages individual professional development, collaboration with other professionals, and ideas for new program development. We also provide a robust ongoing mentorship program.
Skills And Competencies
Responsibilities of the SLP or CF: (Included, but not limited to)
• Evaluation and treatment of all aspects of speech, language, and pragmatics
• Opportunity to work on an interdisciplinary team
• Family and community education
• Communication with community professionals
• Extensive collaboration with onsite OTs
• Lead in-clinic play groups or community-based social groups
• Potential to lead our Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups
• Work alongside OT's in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic

Training program: Due to the smaller nature of our practice, supervision and training are tailored to the clinician’s comfort level. Following move to more independence, weekly meetings are built into your schedule with the supervising clinician.
