Description
Admirable Therapies is a therapist owned and operated company and we are seeking SLP’s to grow our team! We specialize in early intervention (ages 0–3) but are looking to expand into working with a wider age range of pediatrics. Our practice has a focus on parent coaching, feeding, articulation, myofunctional therapy, and early language skills. We would love to take on a clinical fellow who is ready to expand their clinical horizons!
We are seeking a passionate Speech–Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children and their families in the home to provide high quality services to members of the community.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
SLP is responsible for maintaining an average of 25/visits per week to be considered full-time. Compensation directly correlates to visits per week. SLP is responsible for building their caseload that will impact pay in the beginning as job is pay per visit. Part-time positions are available.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay rate determined by experience, insurance payer, and if visit is an evaluation, progress report, on ongoing therapy visit.

Parental Leave Policy
Full Time W-2 employees will be eligible to apply for Colorado's paid FAMLI leave program as long as they have worked full time for the previous quarter. For example, if an employee works full time in Q1 (Jan-Mar), then they would be eligible to take FAMLI leave in Q2. Payout of FAMLI leave is up to the discretion of the state program but Admirable Therapies pays into this program so that employees can apply for medical/parental leave.

Training program: Clinical Fellows will complete state required online trainings and complete one week shadowing training program with their mentor. Their mentor will supervise the first ~6 hours of treatment and provide support and additional required supervision throughout the CF year. CF and mentor will discuss schedule of supervision to ensure flexibility and clinical autonomy.
