Outpatient Medical, Private Practice: Pediatric

Description

As a pediatric speech–language pathologist at Hearts and Hands Therapy Services, your role goes far beyond articulation or helping with language delays. You’ll work with a diverse caseload of children with unique abilities. Every session is a chance to unlock potential, reduce frustration, and help a child feel seen, heard, and understood. We are currently hiring for two locations: North and South Atlanta Georgia (Woodstock and Morrow).

You’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and behavior analysts, building wraparound plans of care that meet the whole child. Families will look to you as both an expert and a trusted guide, and you’ll celebrate each milestone together.

Whether you’re supporting a child in saying their first word or finding the right AAC solution for a complex communicator, your work will echo far beyond the therapy room.

***We have a $20,000 sign on bonus available for full-time positions! Both CCC-SLP and CF-SLP would be eligible. It is paid out quarterly over three years. You will add this to the wage information listed above and below.

Median Pay and Range

Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?

Yes, this is a salaried position and the base salary is reliable even in instances of client cancellations, indirect time or nonbillable hours, or evaluation vs treatment services. Incentive pay begins to accrue based on treatment time starting at 23 hours a week for full-time positions.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay

Salaried positions include a protected base pay that is not fluctuating based on clients, cancellations, and caseload. The SLP's base pay does not change, in order to create a reliable income stream for the therapist.

Pay Rate Determiners

Starting base pay can be higher and will depend on experience in the field and in pediatrics, CF or CCC, and niche areas of expertise such as feeding and AAC. As clinicians grow with HHTS, rate increases are available as well as leadership opportunities and mentorship that include eligible stipends on top of base salary. We have an incentive structure that pays in addition to base salary, making $20,000 in bonuses available to therapists annually on top of base salary (base salary stays the same and is reliable even if clients cancel or no-show).

Our CF positions are $70,000 annually, and our CCC positions begin at $73,500. CF positions have the opportunity to stay on as a full-time CCC SLP at the completion of their mentorship, and will receive a rate increase pending credentialing with our payers.
