Description
Milestones is a family centered outpatient clinic looking for a fun and energetic speech–language pathologist (CF applicants welcome!) to join our growing team. Milestones offers a supportive and fun work environment where we value providing strengths-based, neurodiversity affirming care to our clients ranging in age from birth–adolescence. We are a close-knit group of 10 providers with regular collaboration among the three disciplines available: speech, OT, and PT. Our facility has plenty of dedicated space and therapy tools available (e.g., sensory gym equipment) for all providers to use. Client Availability and Impact on Pay
SLPs are guaranteed to be paid their full hourly rate regardless on if a client cancels. Our SLPs are encouraged to reschedule clients who cancel to maintain productivity standards that will impact yearly raises.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay is impacted by years of experience in addition to amount of children seen each week. Our clinic schedules a combination of 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions depending on client needs. If an SLP carries a caseload with more billable units, their hourly rate can be increased.
Benefits
Following initial 90-day probationary period, full time employees are eligible for:
• 401K – company will match up to 4% of an employee’s contribution to the plan when the employee contributes a minimum of 5% of their paycheck to the plan
• Health Insurance – 50% paid for by company, for the employee only
• Dental Benefits – 50% paid for by company and all eligible dependents
• CEU reimbursement
Following 1 year of employment, full-time employees are eligible for:
• Life insurance fully paid for by the company - $50,000
• 4–5 hours of paid, dedicated documentation time each week (this is in addition to the documentation time you will get during cancelation spots)
Stipends (taxed)
Milestones offers a weekly incentive pay of $100 to therapists who meet 30 billable hours (75% productivity) in a week. This stipend is paid out in each pay period.
Reimbursements (untaxed)
After an employee’s 90-day probationary period is met, full-time therapists are eligible for up to $500 in reimbursement for continuing education per state licensing term (every 2-years).
All necessary treatment and assessment materials are provided for by the company.
Schedule
Therapists can be flexible with how they schedule their hours Monday – Friday. The earliest appointments are 7:30am and latest appointments are typically between 4:00 – 5:00pm. Therapists can opt to either fit their schedule into 4 or 5 days. Most of our team has opted for 4 longer days and 1 half day.

PTO
• 120 hours of paid time off annually, available following 90-day probationary period. It is not accrued. These hours are also to be used for sick and personal days. For new hire employees, PTO will be prorated for the first year of employment to 10 hours per month.
• Full Time employees who have been with the company for 7 years or more will have 140-time off hours available.
• There are no limitations on how many PTO hours that can be carried from year to year, however, using more than 40 hours of PTO at one time requires a special exception and will be approved on a limited basis.
Holidays
The following holidays are observed as paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Holidays are paid for the number of hours you would normally work that day.
Productivity Requirements
Milestones requires therapists to have 36 hours of their 40-hour work week scheduled with clients. Scheduling at this number helps to account for cancellations throughout the week (average cancelation rate is about 5 cancels per week per therapist) and further ensure that therapists can meet the 75% productivity weekly incentive pay.

Training program: The SLP Team Lead will be your supervisor and has experience supervising multiple CFs. A weekly 1:1 meeting will be scheduled with the supervisor to discuss progress any questions or concerns. The supervisor will have availability to join sessions as needed and will review and sign off on all documentation for the duration of the CFY.
