Schedule
Clinicians at our clinic have the flexibility to create their own schedules, within the framework of our standard workweek. All therapists are expected to work four days per week, Monday through Thursday. There are no required clock-in or clock-out times; instead, clinicians are responsible for setting and managing their own hours based on their caseload and client availability.
While scheduling is flexible, consistency is important for client care and clinic operations. Clinicians are encouraged to establish a regular weekly schedule and communicate any changes in advance. This model supports work-life balance while ensuring continuity of care for clients and collaboration among staff.

Training program: All new clinicians will participate in an orientation led by the Lead Therapist. This orientation is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the clinic’s operations and expectations. It will include an overview of clinic policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual, hands-on training with the electronic medical records (EMR) system, and guidance on documentation standards, scheduling, and day-to-day workflows.
While SLPs are expected to gradually become independent within the first few weeks, we understand that every individual adjusts at their own pace. During this transition period, the Lead Therapist, administrative staff, and fellow clinicians are all available to offer support, answer questions, and provide mentorship. Our team is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to help new employees gain confidence and feel fully equipped to work independently.
