Description
MTG Therapy Services Inc. is a small, SLP-owned provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, consistent speech and language services in schools. We take a personal, relationship-driven approach—focusing on therapist strengths, preferences, and transparent communication to ensure the best fit for both clinicians and school partners.
We’re seeking an SLP or Clinical Fellow to join our team and provide education-based therapy to students at one school location in Philadelphia. CFs welcome—direct, on-site supervision provided. We value meaningful connections and ensure a manageable, transparent workload for every clinician.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services aligned with students' IEPs
Conduct assessments, analyze results, and write comprehensive reports across all speech/language domains
Develop strength-based, student- and family-centered IEPs
Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to ensure skill generalization across settings
Guide classroom teams in implementing supports (e.g., AAC, visuals, conversation prompts)
Maintain confidential records, write progress reports, and meet all documentation deadlines
Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 hour work days following the 25–26 school year calendar.

Productivity Requirements
Adhering to a daily schedule and meeting student’s frequency of service as well as adhering to timelines and deadlines.

This caseload is approximately 45 students.
